Understanding God

(Poetic Prose)

How does one understand God’s beginning without end, or the ways of God, or God’s secrets? Have you ever thought about that? Perhaps every philosopher has, and atheist, I’m sure even Jesus Christ’s apostles have. I have, and most likely you have in some form and manner.
Because we don’t understand we don’t accept, or perhaps hate him for not allowing us to understand; or don’t like the idea we owe a gratitude to Him. Better He, than empty space, is how I think. Anyhow, there is a reason for everything I’m saying, and perhaps this little relating will help. If it doesn’t, you’ve lost nothing by reading (and it’s free).
Understanding God, with human understanding, and/or human logic, we are not equipped for anything higher, were perhaps at one time, but are not any longer. Having said that, if we did want to understand, God, it would take a different dimension of understanding, let me explain: first of all, it is not of humanistic logic nor are our sciences and philosophers been blessed this intrinsic trait, this kind of understanding is experienced, felt, then absorbed like the sun does to make you sweat, but reversed. You can’t understand secrets untold, and sacred heavenly secrets angelic beings are unable to explain to you if indeed you are not equipped to draw in the osmosis process (figuratively speaking: where the mist of God, His physical mist that surrounds Him, in which a solvent moves, his essence within you), if you do not have a pure heart and soul, this will never take place. No more than you can go see the President of the United States without a suite and tie, and a few big bank accounts, and perhaps have campaigned for him in one way or another, or done some grand feats for Him, and his country. You have to be groomed for the experience.
Such understanding, if given to you by God, is a pure bright mist that needs to surround you at the moment of absorbing the issue you wish to understand—heavenly things that is. In a way, it is unexplainable, and I’m sure I am not explaining it well enough. But let me give you an example:
In 1984-88, I had written the book “The Last Trumpet…” I had asked God for the understanding—after reading the Bible, which one stanza read in essence, “There will be no crying in heaven…” so I asked God: “How can this be, if my mother or brother went to hell, and on judgment day I saw this, and I was chosen for heaven, I’d be very sad and cry!”
Well, there was to way for God to answer this question, wholeheartedly except for putting me into the middle of this mist, where I could see every pore in my body, and the light within the room seemed to penetrate me, with the mist, and the understanding came to me, I wouldn’t dwell on this matter, it was not of my nature or of value, and I fully understood.
You see, I belonged to Him, my mother and brother, and grandfather, was my earthly family…well let me stop here, it’s really no use in saying more, except, the moment of understanding for me came then.

There of course are other questions that may come up, like how can God make something out of nothing, when all there was, was Him? That is more a logical question than a heavenly one I think. I mean, if you take God as a circle, and twist it to the right or left, you got two circles or an eight. So you have created something from nothing—if only a shape, but shape is something different. In a like manner, perhaps God created the Universe—from nothing to something, it just simply takes a good imagination.
